    I am traveling to Charlotte, North Carolina with my family. I have looked into this, and have found that it is normally over 21 or even 25, once in a while 19. Is there anyway I could rent one. If not, is there anyway that if my parents rented it, that I would be able to drive it. And if so, would we have to take any extra precautions (i. e. fill-out any forms, pay a fee, etc.
