    I am not so sure if you will be able to, at that age. I have heard (from my husband) that most rental car companies will not accept anyone under the age of 25, to rent a car, and/ or with bad driving record. My husband had once tried to rent a car, when he was 23 yrs old. He found out that most rental companies set a age limit, to 25 and older and some 21 and older, due to what they believe an age where most will be responsible, as mature adults.
